2019 Unicus "Unicus seems to be the perfect wine to pair with all of the wonderful fresh vegetables that are coming from my garden these days. I have more ripening heirloom tomatoes coming out of my garden than I can eat, so Caprese salad with lots of freshly picked Genevese basil is on the menu daily.
