Picked from the coolest corner of Margaret's Bench with loose and gravelly soils, this aromatic Riesling is inspired by the great Rieslings of Germany that delicately balance bright acidity with sweetness.

Telling a story of resilience in the face of adversity, this unique wine is a full-bodied blend of Grüner Veltliner (65%) and Viognier (35%). Only 80 cases produced. 

Hypothesis represents the culmination of our efforts to create an icon quality wine from select micro blocks on our Golden Mile Bench estate. Each 3 Litre Double Magnum is packaged in a custom hand-made pine box made by the skilled craftspeople at Quintessential Canada.
